The date reservation security deposit of
$475 is included in the rates listed below.
Hours
of Operation The
Zealia Centre is open
NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED
Monday -
Friday from 6 PM - 8 PM and Saturday from 10 AM - 3 PM. We
are closed Sunday unless there is an
event. To view the facility or book an event call
301-499-ZEAL (9325). The facility is available for usage Sunday
– Saturday 8:00 am – 2:00 am .
Security
Deposit
A
$475
date reservation deposit
is required to secure a
reservation for all events. This is included in the rental
cost. The full rental fee is due 30 days before the date
of the event. If the client cancels the event
within days of the signed contract date;
a refund
will be issued. After 3 days no
payments will
refunded. The
client has the right to cancel and receive a refund within 3
days of original signed contract date.
Security damage deposit is
required with the final payment 30 days prior to the event and
is NOT included in the rental cost of the facility.
Damage Security rates MAY vary depending upon the event type.

beverages

$250 event with food and
beverages ( including light refreshments i.e. punch and
chips)
This
deposit will be refunded within five (5) business days after the
date of the event after confirming that there was no damage
resulting from the event. The refunded security damage deposit
will be mailed to the address on the contract. It is the
responsibility of the client to notify the Zealia Centre office
of any change of address.
Payment:
The rental fee must be paid in full not less than 30 days prior
to the event date. Payment may be in the form of money order,
certified or cashiers check or credit card. Personal checks
will not be accepted less than 30 days prior to the event date.
Payment
should be made payable to: Zealia Centre. Payment may be hand
delivered or mailed to 565 Ritchie Road Capitol Heights,
Maryland 20743. Upon receipt of payment the client will receive
a copy of the final contract and a receipt for the payment (s)
received and applied.
Cancellations:
To cancel an event
or change the date, the client must notify the Zealia Centre in
writing. This notification may be mailed to 565 Ritchie Road
Capitol Heights, Maryland 20743 or
faxed to 301-499-1305. The cancellation must include
the signature of the client and a copy of the contract. Change
of date is considered to be a cancellation.
The
client has the right to cancel and receive a refund within 3
days of original signed contract date.
The renter is responsible for following and
adhering to the conditions and guideline for use of the
facility, rates, fees and all services.
